As for the title...

Tsuna's name--or at least the first part--means rope. (Tsunayoshi, spelled 'lucky rope' prounouced 'good rope,' who names their kid that? idk.) Tsunahiki is literally pulling rope, or tug-of-war. Tug-of-Tsuna.

BASICALLY IT IS A BAD PUN. But it's what I always think of when I see his little put-upon face. XD
