This fic is pretty speculative, but...I don't see how that series can end happily. Except for one point, which could be good or scary, depending: Oz isn't Jack. They're very similar, but Jack was (seemingly) a nice guy with a lot of crazy friends, whereas Oz is a completely deranged guy with a lot of crazy friends. Arguably Oz is as broken as Alice, just hiding it better. And then they spend all their time with Gil/Raven, who really isn't hiding his brokenness at all (but he thinks he is, he is such a spaz. XD). So maybe it'll work out? I HOPE?
I'm glad you enjoyed the fic, even canonless! I do recommend the canon. It's an awesome series, many cool characters. :D
