Oh, this is amazing. I can't believe how perfectly you've captured Hibari's character, despite that we know next to nothing about him! This could easily be his true background; it's got the right feeling, no matter what it actually turns out to be in the end.
Love the part about the school principles being sound, and the people being the problem - that's very him! And the scene at the gate with the boy and the girl too. It's hard to pick out favourite parts, because it was all so good, but every observation Hibari makes was just perfect.
(Oh, and as a Hibari/Tsuna shipper (yeah, it's a lonely existence) the fascination he felt for Tsuna was very gratifying, even though it wasn't in a shippy way.)
